Who We Are
The University of Kansas Blockchain Institute is an interdisciplinary organization established under the Information Telecommunications Technology Center (ITTC). We aim to educate students on the implications and applications of blockchain technology across the professional fields of engineering, business development, and policy making.
Under the guidance of the Information Telecommunications Technology Center, the Blockchain Institute provides a platform for researchers to explore topics like distributed network security, applied game theory, zero-knowledge proofs, and cryptoasset market research.
The University of Kansas Digital Finance Conference was held on April 5th, 2019. Speakers from Ripple labs, C2FO, Liquifi, and others, shared insight from the Financial Technology industry.
Last fall, we held a Supply Chain Symposium at the Oread hotel. Over 100 professionals from Kansas City visited the event.
